1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 0999 bat platform and all associated services. By accessing the website, opening an account or using any service, the user is considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

0999 bat is an online gaming and sports betting platform built for Bangladeshi users. The platform offers betting on slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket, football and various other sports events.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use 0999 bat, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (21+).
• Must register with genuine personal information — providing false details is not permitted.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Registration and use of the service is not permitted from areas where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be accurate and belong to the user.

For identity verification (KYC), a copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested at registration. 0999 bat reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. The username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, customer support must be notified immediately.
• Changing the password regularly is good practice and helps keep the account secure.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be temporarily suspended.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will result in all such accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

To close an account, a request must be submitted through customer support. It is recommended to complete any pending withdrawals before submitting a closure request.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

0999 bat supports three mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The following limits apply in each case:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

If a suspicious transaction is identified, 0999 bat may temporarily hold that transaction for investigation. The user's cooperation may be required during the investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

0999 bat welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A total of ৳50,000 (৳2,000 × 25) must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be withdrawn on its own.
• Submitting a withdrawal request before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure.
• 0999 bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• A bonus that is not used within 30 days of being credited to the account will expire.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all types of games and sports betting on 0999 bat:

• A round or bet cannot be cancelled once it has started.
• An incomplete round caused by a technical fault will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• In sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 0999 bat's set policy.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final.
• 0999 bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obvious pricing error.

7 VIP Program

The 0999 bat VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Playing regularly allows members to advance to higher tiers and earn weekly cashback.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Cashback is calculated at the end of each week and credited to the account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 0999 bat and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Placing bets artificially or in a coordinated manner to take advantage of bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Attempting to influence the game or betting system using hacking, bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.

In such cases, 0999 bat may forfeit the associated balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9 Responsible Gambling

0999 bat believes that gambling is for entertainment — not as a source of income. If any user feels that betting is getting out of their control, please contact customer support immediately.

The platform provides several tools to support the responsible gambling guidelines — including deposit limits, self-exclusion and temporary breaks. Contact customer support to use these tools.

• No one under the age of 21 is permitted access.
• It is advised not to use borrowed money for betting.
• Placing more bets to recover losses ("chasing losses") is a dangerous habit.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the 0999 bat customer support team first. Our team is available 24/7 in Bengali and English — via live chat and email.

Please provide the following information when submitting a complaint:

• Account username.
• Date and time of the issue.
• Transaction ID or game round ID where applicable.
• A detailed description of the issue.

11 Service Suspension and Termination

0999 bat may suspend the service temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:

• For system maintenance or technical upgrades.
• In the event of an urgent security issue.
• If suspicious activity is detected on any user's account.
• If evidence of prohibited activities (see Section 8) is found.

Advance notice will be given for scheduled maintenance where possible. Prior notice may not be possible in the case of an emergency suspension.

12 Limitation of Liability

0999 bat bears no liability for losses in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Losses caused by interruptions to third-party services (game providers, payment processors).
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence (such as sharing a password).
• Force majeure — if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives or other circumstances beyond our control.

In any circumstance, 0999 bat's maximum liability will never exceed the principal amount deposited by the user in that transaction.

13 Privacy

In brief: user data is used only to provide the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.

14 Changes to Terms

0999 bat reserves the right to change any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
